Stainless Steel Barrier and Pedestrian Bridge Railing, Secondary Framing, Landscape Abutment Railings and Miscellaneous Metals.
In 2013 work began to replace the aging Walterdale Bridge in Edmonton. It is a great source of pride for us to have had the opportunity to be a part of a project that would shape Edmonton’s iconic landscape for decades to come.
316L Stainless Plate Barrier and Pedestrian Rails
1″ & 1 1/2″ Stainless steel plate specially ordered. The specialized care and treatment of over 80,000lbs of raw 316 plate made this one of our staple projects.
Working alongside Dialog to ensure surface condition RA values (which highlights stainless steel benefits) was collaborative. With over 1,500 hours of waterjet cutting and 24,000 hours of plate assembly work, this project tested Norfab’s team significantly.
